Cyclop wrap CTT 215 is a semiautomatic wrapper with intermediate advanced programming capabilities, equipped with a "power eco-stretch" system for pre-stretching the film by an additional 300% (8-step adjustment). Possible liquid start up of the table. The number of upper and lower bundles ranges from 1 to 7, set independently (more with program III). Rotational speed of the plate up to 12 revolutions per minute. It is possible to adjust the speed of the carriage movement along the mast - ie the wrapping density. The film tension between the rollers and the edge of the wrapped palette is adjustable. The wrapper can be equipped with a number of additional options such as the upper clamp, the scale, the low temperature version. Dimensions of the device such as the diameter of the plate, the height of the mast can be optionally adjusted to the dimensions of the packaged products.
