Activity description
Women in Plastics Italy is an association founded in October 2024 that brings together professionals working in the plastics and rubber sector. Its mission is to promote female talent, foster an inclusive culture, and encourage social and environmental sustainability through education, advocacy, and networking.
The association organises training courses, webinars, events and trade fair participations, and maintains working groups focused on fairs, thematic talks, human resources, communication and events. It is open to individual members and supporting companies, and aims to improve the image of plastics by promoting virtuous uses and circular practices.
