Tire recycling line - tire recycling machines

The construction of a tire recycling line depends on several parameters, e.g. expected performance, types of processed tires, their dimensions and expected output fractions.

The first stage of the line consists of machines that prepare tires for the recycling process (e.g. tire scissors, plucker, cutter, etc.) The first machine is a hydraulic tire scissor.

The second machine is a circumferential slitter for truck tires up to 1.3 m in diameter. This machine cuts the tire around the circumference into two pieces. During the cut, foreign material (stones, ice, water) falls out of the tires, which can excessive wear of the tools in the crushing line. By cutting the tire, a better raw material is obtained in terms of handling. The capacity of the cutter depends on the type of processed tires (estimated at about 1.5 - 3 t\h). Passenger car tires do not require cutting.
