• 1. Thermoforming of films and plates from such materials as: ABS, PVC, PVC-S, PE, PMMA, PET, PS, HIPS, PC.
• • Maximum thermoforming parameters:
  • table length / width: 2000/1500 [mm],
  • stamping depth: 650 [mm],
  • material thickness: 10mm,
• 2. CNC machining of plastics and such materials as: aluminum, Dubond, MDF, tekstolit, etc.
• 3. PMMA processing (plexi) - cutting and laser engraving, bending, gluing, stamping.

We have well-organized technical facilities, including:

• new Tool Vacuum thermoforming from Tools Factory, based on components from Festo and Becker (table dimensions as above),
• CNC plotter - working dimension of the table: 2000 x 1000 [mm],
• CNC laser machine for plexiglass cutting and engraving,
• plastic bending machines - max. material thickness: 15 [mm],
• own tool shop, and the newly built production hall allows for appropriate, ergonomic placement of production positions and gives great storage possibilities.

We offer a wide range of products made for special orders of individual clients. The offer includes both simple and complicated elements such as:

• housing parts,
• internal components of machines, devices and vehicles,
