- extrusion of large geotechnical PVC profiles (PVC sheet piles) of fences and window sills and

- stamping WPC composite boards

- extrusion of composite profiles (PVC + glass fiber)

- preparation of production mixtures, including mixtures from recycled materials

- investments: purchase of production lines for extrusion and recycling of plastics in China

- purchases of extrusion tools / heads in China and Europe

- launching new production plants in Poland and around the world (launching the plant

manufacturing of plastics in the Philippines)

- recycling of plastics

- implementation of prototype plastic products into production and on the market

- comprehensive management of a production company

- machine building, automation, power hydraulics

- implementing quality management systems and conducting audits

- designing and purchasing new prototype production lines

- managing R&D, EU and investment projects

- relocation of production plants

- sale of machinery and equipment and real estate

- geoengineering - supervision of large anti-flood and waterproofing projects

related to driving PVC sheet piles in the country and abroad (Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Hungary,

Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, Burma)

- knowledge of the plastics market: primary raw materials and recyclates, peripheral machines, lines

production facilities, recycling equipment

- design and tuning of extrusion tools / heads

- Development and implementation of tools to improve and optimize the operation of the company

- Seek out and exploit new market opportunities, represent the company on

Outside

- creating patents (I am the author of 3 patents related to composite profiles,

anti-flooding and watercourse regulation solutions and drainage)

- Creating prototype machines, devices, production lines and products

I am a graduate of the University of International Studies in Łódź, specializing in company management, Polish-American Management Center (PAM Center) - MBA studies and studies at the Faculty of Management of the Lodz University of Technology, Lean Manufakturing specialization.

I have numerous certificates and completed trainings, such as: finance for non-financial managers, Prince2® Project Management Certificate, Internal Auditor Certificate of Quality and Environmental Protection, Environmental Law Certificate in the Aspect of ISO14001: 2004 Standard Requirements or OEE training. He also has a training diploma in Lean Production management and SEP 15 kV, "D", "E" qualifications.
