We offer a professional, high-performance plastic recycling line for LDPE, HDPE, and PP. The machine is in excellent technical condition, after key service work, and ready for immediate production start-up.

Equipment description:
The offered production line by PURUI Plastics & Rubber Machinery is designed for recycling plastic waste: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and PP.
The machine is ideal for processing film (loose, baled, printed), bags, as well as rigid regrind.
Thanks to the integrated agglomerator, the process is carried out in a single stage, without the need for предварительной agglomeration of the material.
New plasticizing unit:
The screw and barrel were replaced with brand new components in January of this year.
Documentation:
The machine has full DTR documentation and a CE certificate of conformity, allowing safe operation and compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Filtration system:
The machine is equipped with a professional dual-piston, four-position (4-screen) hydraulic screen changer of the Non-stop type.
Filtration area: 4 screen positions for screens with a diameter of Ø250 mm each.
The system allows sequential screen replacement without interrupting production and without pressure spikes, ensuring process continuity and good pellet quality.
Technical parameters:
Screw: Ø100 mm. L/D ratio: 36:1 (provides good homogenization and efficient vacuum degassing).
Output: 250 - 350 kg/h (depending on the type of raw material).
Main drive power: 145 kW (main extruder motor 90 kW + agglomerator motor 55 kW).
Total installed power: approx. 200 - 220 kW (includes drives, heating zones, and auxiliary systems).
Screw speed: up to 120 rpm.
Line design and equipment:
Integrated agglomerator: automatically shreds, dries, and preheats the material, feeding it directly into the extruder under constant pressure.
Belt conveyor: feeding conveyor with metal detector.
High-torque gearbox: gearbox with oil cooling system, designed for continuous 24/7 operation in demanding recycling conditions.
Degassing system: single vacuum degassing removing moisture and gases generated from printing inks.
Automation: intuitive touch control panel with precise temperature control in each heating zone.
The installed inverters allow smooth start-up and speed regulation, significantly extending the service life of the gearbox and motors while reducing sudden power consumption spikes.
Cutting system: water-ring cutting at the die face. Automatic adjustment of knife pressure against the die face.
Condition: well-maintained machine, inspected, with a new plasticizing unit.
