Plastic Granulation Line, General Plastics

Good morning.
A fully operational line for the granulation of plastics, manufactured by GENERAL PLASTICS in 2017, the machine is compact, equipped with:

- conveyor belt (after general renovation),
- glomerator with a 75 kW engine,
- screw with a diameter of 90 mm with a 55 kW motor,
- single hydraulic screen changer (custom-made with increased diameter),
- a head with a cut in a water jacket,
- vibrating table,
- a control cabinet with a Polish menu with a touch screen.

In addition to the machine I have:

- several hundred pieces of knives for the plastic cutting head,
- two sets of new knives for the agglomerator,
- two new plastic cutting heads,
- several hundred pieces of filter discs with different densities,
- some new snail heaters,
- full documentation and CE certificate,.

The line is operational and in constant use.

The price of the machine is PLN 140,000 net.
