Size Reduction:

The material is cut into smaller pieces by rotating blades within a cutting chamber. Screens with specific s of holes ensure the flakes are uniform.

Melting and Extrusion:

The cut plastic is then melted and extruded through a die, forming strands.

Filtering:

These molten plastic is filtered to remove impurities and ensure that granules are high-quality.

Cooling and Pelletizing:

Above extruded strands are cooled with water,and then cut into small,uniform pellets.
