Labotek Pgt vacuum feeder

The Labotek PGT series granule feeder is intended for the transport of loose granules from a Big-bag or other container to the charging tank of the processing machine (or another intermediate tank). The PGT series is available in 3 sizes of the vacuum tank:

PGT4-I - 8l

PGT6-I - 16l

PGT9-I - 30l

The PGT series feeders are available in the following versions:

Standard (3-phase pump mounted on a vacuum tank)

This is the version most often chosen by customers, where all the elements are assembled together to form a compact feeder. The feeder is easy to install and maintain.

Separate version (pump and tank are separate) / blow-back valve

This version is used when an important element is the lowest possible weight of the feeder or when we plan long distances of granulate transport, which require a high-power pump. Optionally, this version is available with a pneumatic blow-back valve - it allows to increase the efficiency of the feeder - cleaning the filter does not require reverse rotation of the pump - the valve changes the air flow channels from the pump, which allows for filter cleaning.
