Labotek Ddl Mobile plastic dryer

The DDL series is a combination of a dry air dryer with a vacuum granulate feeder for loose plastic granules. Drying consists of recirculating dry air through the drying tank. The DDL series is primarily intended for drying plastics that can be processed at very low humidity, such as PET, ABS, PMMA, various types of nylon and other technical plastics. As a standard, the dryer can dry in the temperature range of 60-180̊C.

The DDL series of dryers is available in drying tank sizes: 25, 40, 75 and 100 liters.

As standard, it is equipped with an energy saving and overheating prevention system (LESS), a single-phase feeder for transporting plastic to the dryer.

As standard, the dryer has a granulate feeder to the drying tank of the dryer and a Mini-Feed feeder transporting the dried material from the dryer to the processing machine.
