Labotek Ddl

The DDL series is a combination of a dry air dryer with a vacuum granulate feeder for loose plastic granules. It is mounted directly on the processing machine (or on a mobile support frame - Model DDL Mobile). Drying consists of recirculating dry air through the drying tank. It is equipped with one molecular sieve. The DDL series is primarily intended for drying plastics that can be processed at very low humidity, such as PET, ABS, PMMA, various types of nylon and other technical plastics. As standard, the dryer can dry in the temperature range of 60-180̊C. The DDL series of dryers is available in drying tank sizes: 25, 40, 75 and 100 liters. As standard, it is equipped with an energy saving system and prevention against overheating of the material (LESS), a single-phase feeder for transporting plastic to the dryer.
