Laboratory testing services for plastics

Our experts with many years of experience in the plastics industry support companies and help in identifying and selecting the right raw materials for production.

We invite both recycling companies and plastics processors to cooperate to take advantage of a wide range of our services.

Our laboratory is equipped with high-class devices that enable the following tests to be carried out:

• Determination of mass flow rate (MFR) and volumetric melt flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastics according to PN-EN ISO 1133-1
• Ash content determination according to PN-EN ISO 3451-1E
• Execution of the homogeneity test of the mixture (regrind) using the own method on the press
• Measurement of the FTIR spectrum on the Nicolet iS5 Spectroscope by Thermo Scientific in the extended mid-infrared range 7800 - 350 cm-1 along with the search of available databases such as:
