Injection services

We are a company providing services on injection molding machines and extruders. We have been processing plastics using injection and extrusion for 30 years. We operate in the medical sector in CLEEN ROOM conditions. Production takes place on Arburg injection molding machines (closing force up to 200 tons, injection weight up to 400 grams) along with all the peripherals needed for production:

- conveyor belts;

- dye feeders;

-MOLD MASTERS hot runner controllers;

-HB-THERM thermostats;

-grinders;

-dryers;

This allows us to obtain the best possible moldings at low production costs. The entire production is maintained by an experienced team of operators, and the quality of the molded parts is supervised by the Quality Control Department. We have our own Research Laboratory and tool room where entrusted molds can be modified and repaired. We process materials such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, SBC, PVC.
