INJECTION MOLDS - A TOOL

We make molds with a maximum weight of approx. 2 tons . We have many years of experience, a team of qualified constructors, technologists, operators and programmers of CNC machines and locksmiths. We carry about 50-60 forms a year, which work mainly in our company.

Thanks to many years of experience of our specialists, we are able to predict possible threats and avoid many design problems at an early stage of design.

We make forms both cold and hot-channel. Depending on the client's requirements, we are able to propose a GK system of any manufacturer. We work mainly on INCOE, HEATLOCK and YUDO systems.

By standard, we use FCPK BYTÓW standards in our forms. In the case of other customer requirements, we can also offer elements of other producers.

The tool department also deals with the maintenance and servicing of forms entrusted by our clients.
