I have a hot-cold mixer for PVC powders for sale. Maximum capacity: 500/1000 liters. One batch: 200-220 kg of material in the hot chamber. The device is made in China. It's new, of good quality, and durable. We have two more that have been in operation for many years without failure. I recommend it as a practitioner/user.
