The line is equipped with:

Description of the production process:

- A conveyor belt with a weight sensor transports the material to the Knife Mill, which cuts the foil into a flake with a diameter of 3 cm.
- Then the flake is transported by a snake to a flotation tank with a capacity of 8000 liters.
- The washed flake transported by another snake goes to the centrifuge (centrifuge, Centrifuge centrifuge), where the washed flake is dried.
- The dried, washed and ground flake is transported by an exhaust fan (5.5 kW motor) through a stainless steel (inox) pipe on which 5 heaters are mounted to dry the flake.
- The flake goes to the silo, which dries the flake. The silo also acts as a damper for flake blowing out from under the centrifuge, in order to gravitationally drop the flake.
- The obtained ground, washed and dried flake is ready for further recycling process.
- The flake prepared in this way goes to the agglomerator to obtain an agglomerate (semi-finished product)
- Finally, we get a ready-made pure agglomerate, which is ideal for plastic extrusion.
