Extruder-blow molding machine (canister) for canisters

We produce extruder blow molding machines (otherwise "bottling machines") for KANISTRÓW, bottles, containers, vials, candles for candles and oilers.

- processed material: PE, PP, PET-G, PVC, PA and others.

- for 1- and multi-layer products (coex).

- product capacity: up to 10 liters.

- number of heads ("hoses"): from 1 to 8 (for canisters 5-10 L: 1).

- number of tables (trolleys): 1 or 2

- screw diameter: up to 90 mm

- drives: pneumo-mechanical and / or electric.

- control by means of a microprocessor; touch operator panel

- standard: decomposition station (in the case of canisters, also a multi-point system for the regulation of the wall thickness of the product, preliminary blow-up)

- optional equipment depending on the customer's request, e.g. for canisters: vision belt system, leak tester, rotary movement of blow pins etc.
