Dyes for plastics

Dyes for plastics produced by RUTALIA Masterbatches & Additives are the highest quality dyes. In our offer we have prepared for you a palette of basic colors, as well as: fluorescent colors, mono-concentrates, transparent dyes and a variant extended by pearl and gold colors. We can also choose white, black, wood-like dyes, combi masterbatches with additions such as UV stabilizers, nucleators, antistatics, flame retardants.

All dyes are used for the following plastics: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP polyolefins - homopolymers, copolymers, POM, EVA, styrene plastics PS - GPPS, HIPS, SAN, ABS and PVC.

Offered color concentrates for plastics meet all EU standards and the requirements of Directive 94/62 / EC in the scope of heavy metals as well as harmful and hazardous substances. Among our proposals you will find only safe and high-quality concentrates. The product's non-toxicity has been confirmed by independent tests and certificates. Rutalia tinting concentrates are also characterized by high thermal and UV resistance. However, what is most important for all producers - our concentrates are at favorable prices and their processing is very easy.

Our dyes for plastics are characterized by high:

Suggested dosage of dyes is 0.5-2%.

Importantly, the range of dyes for film production is also a dedicated dye line for films with increased pigment content.
