Year of production 2006 – delivered to the customer in 2007 (worked for about 1 year, then stood in the warehouse)

Restarted in 2021 - worked for about 2.5 years

In 2025, the machine and the entire installation underwent a thorough inspection, including the replacement of worn-out components – it has not been used since then.

Description: In a cylindrical grinding chamber, rotating chain elements accelerate the input material along different paths. The material decomposes as a result of collision. The resulting mechanical impact loosens the bonds. Different physical properties of the materials result in different fractions. The residence time determines the shape and size of the ground output.

The machine is controlled via an electric control cabinet with a control panel.

Grinding chamber: The thick-walled cylinder is equipped with replaceable wear segments.

Access to the grinding chamber is easy thanks to the large, sturdy maintenance door.

The material is discharged via a hydraulically controlled gate valve. Depending on the material and the desired crushing result, the outlet opening size can be adjusted using the gate valve.

Base frame: Heavy welded I-beam construction with vibration-optimized design provides good stability.

Chain Head: The chain head is used to mount the accelerator components (chains). The bolt-on top allows for quick and easy chain replacement.

Control cabinet

It is responsible for the correct operation of the device with the programmed shutter-open function. All electrical components and operating elements are installed in a robust sheet steel control cabinet. The main motor is controlled via star/delta.

Installation of the charging hopper

Stable welded steel sheet construction, preventing the shredded material from splashing outwards.

Adapting the bearing chamber to liquid cooling

The bearing housing allows for the use of liquid cooling. The lines run outside the machine, allowing for the quick connection of an optional, not included , cooling system, consisting of a liquid tank, a circulation pump, and a small radiator.
