Bottle binder

We produce bottle machines for the production of CONTAINERS, bottles, vials, canisters, candles for candles and oilers.

- Technology: extrusion blow molding

- Processing material: PE, PP, PET-G, PVC, PA and others.

- For 1- and multi-layer products (coex).

- Product capacity: from 2 ml to 10 liters.

- Number of heads ("snakes"): from 1 to 8.

- Number of tables (trolleys): 1 or 2.

- Diameters of snails: from 18 to 90 mm.

- Drives: pneumo-mechanical and / or electric.

- Control by means of a microprocessor; touch operator panel.

- Standard grading (in the case of tubes and oilers in the standard automatic punching)

- Optional equipment depending on the Customer's request: eg multipoint thickening of the product wall, rotary movement of the blow mandrels, etc.
