We offer a new, very lightly used, fully equipped PLA and PET bottle packaging production line. The line was manufactured in 08/2025.

Line capacities:
1. Bottle preforms - 12,000,000 per year.
2. Bottle caps - 17,000,000 per year (28/1881 and 38/3S).
3. Semi-automatic bottle blowing - 2 machines, up to 1,000,000 per month.

Equipment:
1. Injection machine - 180 t (for preforms).
2. Injection machine - 150 t (for caps).
3. Chillers - 2 pcs (for injection machines).
4. Full set of robots - 2 pcs (for injection machines).
5. Injection molds - 6 pcs (4 preform molds, 2 cap molds).
6. Dryers - 2 units, 300 and 400 kg.
7. Blowing equipment - 38 mm/3S.

9. Blowing molds - 4 pcs (38 mm: 250 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml; 28 mm: 500 ml).
