Durable and reliable shredder. Everything has been calculated and designed to withstand the heavy loads required for plastic shredding.

The shredder is easy to clean.

The machine can shred any plastics of any shape that fit between the blades. It has been tested with HDPE, PP and PS. There are no limitations regarding the thickness the shredder can handle. If a piece of plastic is too thick, the blades will not shred it, as the machine is designed so that the plastic cannot jam. PP, HDPE and PS with thicknesses from 0.7 mm to 12 mm have been successfully tested. Films are too thin and will slip between the blades. Rubber, tires and thermoset plastics have not been tested.

Different fractions can be obtained: large 0-30 mm, medium 0-10 mm, small 0-7 mm.

To achieve these sizes, the material may need to be shredded several times.

All the energy required for shredding plastic comes from the electric motor. More energy means higher output and smaller flakes. The twin-shaft shredder operates at low speed and high torque, so the motor must meet these requirements.

The machine is equipped with a 5.5 kW motor, which allows the shredder's full capabilities to be used.

The 45 mm diameter shaft ensures mechanism stability and reduces the risk of deformation.

The machine is available in several variants. Depending on the customer's needs, the appropriate knife and motor size is selected.
