Cutting performance and durability:

Thanks to the use of appropriate steel grades and different shapes, the offered spare part matches the quality of parts produced by the original equipment manufacturer.
The cutting knife is made of dedicated tool steel. It has medium hardness.
The heat treatment process combines strength and wear resistance in a balanced ratio. The knife is hardened throughout its entire volume, which means it will wear evenly throughout its service life.
Welding or additional heat treatment should be avoided. Such operations may affect the grain structure of the metal and significantly weaken the material properties, which may later lead to knife cracking and machine damage.

General characteristics:

Shredder cutters are manufactured in Poland from certified tool steel.
They are hardened in certified heat treatment facilities in Poland.
Made in Poland = highest quality.

Applications: alternative fuels, household waste, bulky waste, films, plastics, files and data carriers, paper.
