Designed for use in machines

This component is perfectly suited for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and shredding machines.

Cutting performance and durability:

Thanks to the use of suitable steel grades and various shapes, the spare part we offer matches the quality of parts produced by the manufacturer for original equipment assembly.

The cutting knife is made of dedicated tool steel. Medium hardness.

The heat treatment process combines strength and wear resistance in a balanced ratio. The surface-hardened knife is resistant to abrasion, while the core is resistant to cracking, making it suitable for very difficult and heterogeneous materials.

Welding or additional heat treatment should be avoided. Such actions may affect the metal grain structure and seriously weaken the material properties. At a later stage, this may lead to knife cracking and machine damage.

General characteristics:

Shredder cutters are manufactured in Poland from certified tool steel.

They are hardened in certified heat treatment facilities in Poland.

Made in Poland = highest quality

Alternative fuels; household waste; bulky waste; films; plastics; files and data carriers; paper.

Our products are not manufactured by the machine manufacturer, but thanks to our knowledge developed over many years in this field, they are a very good quality equivalent, providing quality no worse than parts installed as original equipment. In many cases, the modified heat treatment process and proprietary mechanical processing solutions result in greater durability of RTOOLS knives.
