AMI's 1st international conference on Electrical Connectors will take place from 17-19 April 2012 at the Maritim Hotel in Cologne, Germany. Electrical Connectors 2012 provides a forum for leading brand owners, electrical and electronics manufacturers, researchers, and suppliers to the industry to debate the latest developments and market trends. There is a welcome reception on the first evening followed by a 2-day programme of presentations.
The programme aims to cover a wide range of topics including new markets, trends and drivers, production materials and technology, lowering the environmental impact, testing, regulations and safety. Current issues include the impact of RoHS regulations and the consequences for connector materials of the higher temperatures in use, sustainability in the electrical and electronics industry (WEEE, carbon footprint, etc.), material supply issues, costs, performance, innovative design, and developing markets such as electric vehicles (EV and HEV), military and photovoltaics.
Electrical Connectors 2012 offers an excellent networking opportunity for the E&E industry players and manufacturers, to debate current research and innovations.
