The Operation Green Fence launched since the early 2013 has threw the China's plastics recycling industry into the harsh winter. It was clearly known as a deep-down-in-the-marrow revolution, like wave against the sand, a renaissance of the industry. It is not necessary to doubt the width and the depth of the change, as the industry in China has come to the moment must be changed. Now, the stakeholders should stop imagining and have to accommodate to the new circumstance and make their right choice for the CHANGE.
Under this background, the Plastics Recycling Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association is going to hold the ChinaReplas 2013, the 8th China Plastics Recycling Conference and Exhibition on Nov. 9-11, 2013 in Beijing. Every friend of the recycling industry is welcomed by the Organizer of the Conference to sit together and discuss the future after the reform.
