Thermal Spray Metallization

We specialize in the production of screws for injection molding machines and extruders, as well as in the regeneration of machine components through hardfacing, welding and thermal spray metallization. Thanks to these processes, components become more resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and their impact strength is increased.

We also offer repair of worn machine parts to restore their original dimensions and shape, as well as repair of casting defects and machining-related imperfections, especially when manufacturing new components would involve high costs.

Sprayed coatings are characterized by high abrasion resistance, and their hardness can be adjusted within a wide range.
