We specialize in the production of screws for injection molding machines and extruders, as well as in the regeneration of machine components through hardfacing, welding and spray metallization. As a result, components become more resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and their impact strength is increased.
We also offer repair of worn machine parts to restore their original dimensions and shape, repair of casting defects and completion of deficiencies resulting from machining, where manufacturing new components would involve high costs.
Sprayed coatings are highly resistant to abrasion, and their hardness can be adjusted over a wide range.
Regenerated components include, among others:
