Extrusion lines for flat film, sheets, roofing membranes and dimpled membranes

TOP Technik offers complete extrusion lines for flat film, solid and multiwall sheets, corrugated sheets, roofing geomembranes, dimpled membranes and other products from the renowned company AMUT.

We offer customers complete and technologically advanced lines for the production of films and sheets from a wide range of thermoplastic materials, intended for many different applications.

AMUT manufactures extrusion lines with nominal widths from 400 to 3300 mm and thicknesses from 150 microns to several centimeters for sheets and multiwall panels.

Film configurations of up to 9 layers and output exceeding 4000 kg/h can be achieved. The number of coextruders used in the line depends on the customer’s specific needs and the characteristics of the finished product.

Food packaging

Films for thermoformed food packaging, with or without a barrier layer. Layers can be coextruded or laminated for sealing. Films can be upgraded for printing or metallization processes. Special film versions are available for automatic filling lines.

Materials: PET, PS, PE, PP, EVA, EVOH.

Universal and pharmaceutical blister packaging

Films for thermoformed packaging used to present consumer goods, tablets or medical capsules, intended for hermetic sealing or gluing.

Materials: PET, PVC.

Office supplies

Sheets and films for stationery items such as binders, folders, catalogues and files, as well as packaging for cosmetic and perfume boxes. Single-layer or multilayer films, with surface embossing and finishing for printing, cutting and stacking in reams for further processing.

Materials: PET, PP, PVC.

Waterproofing

Waterproof membranes for construction and civil infrastructure: protective coverings, flat roofs, tunnels and underground passages, railway tracks, roads and bridges. Single-layer or multilayer membranes, with internal reinforcement and nonwoven fabric as a carrier, surface embossing and aesthetic finishing.

Special versions for dimpled membranes or deep membranes for insulating concrete foundations from the ground.

Furniture industry

Single-layer or multilayer films for furniture panels, mainly kitchen panels. Lines for the production of furniture edges, surface embossing, primer coating and printing with UV drying.

Materials: ABS, PMMA, PVC, PP.

Home appliance industry and bathroom equipment

Single-layer or multilayer sheets intended for thermoforming and the production of refrigerator doors and bathroom equipment such as showers, washbasins, bathtubs and corner shower components. Surface treatment for foam application and a bright, glossy finish.

Automatic cutting and stacking.

Materials: PS (HiPS and GPPS), ABS, PMMA.

Medical bags

Non-toxic films for the production of medical bags used for transfusion, dialysis or fleboclysis. Glossy or embossed surface finishing prevents film adhesion during autoclave sterilization.

Multiwall panels

Polypropylene Cartonplast for stationery products.

Single-wall or multiwall polycarbonate sheets for the construction industry.

Photovoltaics

Films for encapsulating silicon modules used in solar panel production.

Embossed surface finish and partial or complete in-line crosslinking treatment.

Automotive

Films and sheets for many applications in this sector. Sheets for sound insulation in engine compartments, sheets laminated with nonwoven layers for interiors (passenger and luggage compartments), and coextruded sheets intended for thermoforming into car door coverings.
