Recycling plants for PET bottles, HDPE containers and PE film from AMUT are designed to reduce management costs, minimize the consumption of water, chemicals, utilities and gas, reduce wastewater volume, and limit operator intervention.

Recycling system for obtaining a high-quality product.

The quality of PET flakes produced using technology developed by AMUT is almost comparable to virgin PET material:

- adhesive residues are almost absent;
- PVC and floating material are reduced to a minimum;
- organic residues are trace, from 0 to 70 ppm;
- soda residue is negligible, as confirmed by the pH increase measurement.

The above parameters enable AMUT to obtain excellent-quality flakes suitable not only for fiber production, but also for more complex applications, such as:

- Bottle-to-Bottle
- Bottle-to-Packaging
- Strapping (polyester straps)

where the final product requires a further regrading process.

Standard plant sizes (output capacities):

500, 1250, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 6000 kg/h.

Flexibility

The installations are supplied on a turnkey basis or according to the customer's requirements.

Thanks to the modular design, the line can be installed both in existing buildings and in new facilities.

All machines bear the CE marking and are manufactured in accordance with the ISO standard.
