Radiation Crosslinking

Radiation crosslinking enhances the performance of polymer materials. By modifying the molecular structure, standard plastics can be upgraded to meet demanding requirements in terms of thermal resistance, mechanical strength and long-term stability. Applications include cables and wire systems, components for automotive and e-mobility, electrical and electronic applications, as well as solutions for infrastructure, building technology and mechanical engineering.

Radiation Sterilization

Radiation sterilization is used as a final step in the production process and ensures product safety. Ionizing radiation destroys pathogenic germs, moulds and spores reliably and in an environmentally friendly manner. The process takes place without residue and without the use of chemicals, and products are ready for immediate use after treatment. Applications include products used in medical technology and biotechnology, pharmaceutical primary packaging materials and consumer goods.
