Device description

The ALmatic semi-automatic self-adhesive label applicator enables labeling of round products with diameters from 25 to 110 mm and label widths up to 200 mm. Thanks to its intuitive operation, the device is ideal for any industry where fast and precise label application on bottles, tubes or other cylindrical products is required. Labels are applied at a speed of 12 m/min, which makes it possible, with some practice, to label several dozen products per minute. The ALmatic system can also be equipped with a Hot-Stamp module or a holder for installing an Ink-Jet head from any manufacturer, allowing necessary information such as production date, batch, shift, or linear or 2D barcode to be printed during label application.
