The material is fed through the inlet onto the operating screen, which is set in motion by an eccentric drive. Full electronic adjustment of parameters such as the inclination of the screening box, eccentric speed and air flow, as well as easy replacement of screens with different mesh sizes, enables very precise fraction separation.
Depending on the movement and inclination of the screen and the air throughput, heavier particles are transported upward through the screen to the heavy fraction outlet, while lighter particles move downward to the light fraction outlet.
The exhaust air is cleaned by the lower filter unit and can be fed back into the machine (air recirculation).
