RQ-8 CR / FR for the cardboard industry

The RQ-8CR / FB machine is high speed, automatic re-feed tape with reel-feed system and rolls of empty mesh and lubrication-free welding head. The RQ-8CR packaging machine also has a double safety draw system. Large frame sizes of 1650 x 500, top package pressures, variable speed conveyors are unprecedented - so far - options in this type of machine. The aforementioned options are not a problem for the 5-6mm tape to work quickly, effectively maintaining the continuity of high-performance production lines in the cardboard, cardboard and paper industry. For high-performance production, the RQ-8CR / FD machine today is available with two rolls of tape and automatic switching to a new full roll with tape. This newly designed system eliminates interruptions in the production line caused by the replacement and loading of a new tape roll.
