PUR polyurethane - cut sheets and blocks

IZOMAT Wyrzysk offers sheets cut from blocks and blocks made of rigid PUR / PIR polyurethane foam. The material provides very good thermal insulation, among the lowest thermal conductivity values available on the insulation materials market. The lambda thermal conductivity coefficient starts from 0.023 W/m.K.

The sheets and blocks are mainly used as infill in the production of sandwich thermal insulation panels with various facings. As effective insulators, they are widely used in residential construction and, in some cases, are an irreplaceable solution. They can be used without the need for additional waterproof insulation.

* insulation of building walls in traditional, monolithic, wooden or other technologies,
* insulation of partition walls in buildings - acoustic damping and low weight,
* insulation of thermal bridges, ring beams and lintels,
* insulation of pitched and flat roofs,

* insulation of residential and industrial floors with high load capacity requirements,
* insulation of road bridge and viaduct surfaces - prevention of black ice and freezing,
* insulation of stationary, rail and truck cold stores,
* core material for the production of sandwich panels,
* production of advertising, decorative and stage design elements.

Net price of PLN 32/m2 applies to a sheet cut from a PUR S-30 block, thickness 20 mm.
