PS technical film extrusion - virgin material and regrind, various colors

PGA specializes in extrusion, i.e. the production of PS film intended for thermoforming, both for in-house use and for sale.

Thanks to two in-house film extrusion production lines, we are practically independent from external suppliers and maintain constant control over product quality. We can produce technical, horticultural and food-grade films in single- or two-layer versions, as well as single- or two-color versions.

We carry out production using:

- customer-supplied raw material,

- our own raw material, as unused material is processed into regranulate, reducing the amount of waste generated,

- raw material purchased from regular, verified suppliers,

- 100% virgin material.

The film produced by our company is available in widths from 260 mm to 700 mm and thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 1.5 mm.

We are currently working on the production of conductive film for electronics.

We are very flexible in terms of prices, deadlines and roll sizes - we wind according to customer requirements, from 20 kg to 750 kg.

We are looking for customers for long-term cooperation involving large quantities, as well as smaller companies that require smaller volumes.
