The SG series mill is economical and practical. It is used for crushing various three-dimensional components made of soft or hard plastics, including production rejects and waste.

The result of the grinding process is material reduced into fractions, which enables further processing.
A fast and efficient crushing process plays a key role in the recycling, recovery, and disposal of plastics.

Steel body - aesthetic, economical, and practical.
The row-type knife arrangement reduces material friction on both sides, which limits heat generation.
The motor is equipped with overload protection and a power lockout system.
Three types of knife arrangements allow selection depending on the material type, making it easier to cut various plastics.
Knife adjustment allows repeated sharpening after wear, ensuring long service life while maintaining high efficiency.
The design with separate feed throat, grinding chamber body, and screen frame assemblies facilitates replacement and cleaning access.
The shredding method ensures noise reduction.
Small mills are equipped with wheels, while large ones have vibration-isolating feet.
Some SG series models feature water-cooled bearing housings, which improve bearing operating conditions and extend service life.

The SG-F series consists of high-speed mills designed for central grinding of production waste. They are used with plastics processing machines such as injection molding machines and extruders.
