New Eagle line for production of ABS, PE, PP, PS, PMMA sheets with a width of 1100 mm and thickness of 1-5 mm, with an output of 400-500 kg/h.
The line is equipped with a 120 mm extruder, 35 L/D, a 1350 mm wide die, 3 cooling rolls with a width of 1350 mm and diameter of 410 mm, haul-off unit, guillotine, table and sheet stacker.
Additionally, it includes a device for trimming sheet edges and a device for applying a protective layer to the sheets.
Siemens control system for line operation.
