The innovative Dell'orco&Villiani cutting guillotine is a universal machine designed for cutting waste, textile fibers, and many types of plastics. The material is placed on the feeding conveyor and delivered between the moving knife and the counter knife by an advanced feeding system with a double pressing cylinder. This provides a scissor-cutting effect.
This solution ensures high efficiency with a 700 mm cutting width and limited installed power. The machine is equipped with a mechanical knife-sharpening device for use under operating conditions.
Maximum suitable material height on the feeding conveyor: +/- 350 mm.
The machine can also be equipped with an electronic metal detector.
