Design and production of injection molds

For over 25 years, we have been providing comprehensive support to manufacturers - from component design, through engineering and manufacturing of injection molds, to production implementation and launch of finished products.

By carrying out all stages within one company, we ensure exceptionally fast execution, support in the design of parts at the development stage, an extended warranty for molds when parts are produced at our facility, and flexible financing options for mold manufacturing, e.g. settlement through sales of components.

We manufacture parts using our own and entrusted molds on modern injection molding machines from the German company Krauss Maffei, ensuring high quality and on-time deliveries.

At the customer's request, we carry out orders based on specified standards, e.g. DME, HASCO, and we also provide packaging of parts and assembly of components with delivery of products to the indicated address.

We enable express execution of so-called emergency orders resulting from changes on the customer's side in production and purchasing planning, or from unexpected order peaks.

Processed plastics: PC, PS, ABS, SAN, PE, PP, PBT, PA, Surdyn, TPE, as well as specialty plastics and filled compounds.
