Our offer includes a Fluiteco compactor, designed and manufactured for fast and effective liquid extraction, volume reduction and, as a result, lower disposal, dewatering and potential further processing costs for materials, films, plastics and other waste.
Waste is fed into the screw chamber, which moves the material forward and systematically compacts it, squeezing out liquid through the screens located below.
At the end of the press there is a plate mounted on pneumatic cylinders, which, depending on the load of the main motor, applies pressure to the material or reduces the pressure.
The machine can be used in the recycling of plastics, films, rigid materials, food waste disposal and other sludge applications.
