Complete MOCO AZ 11 shredding unit

Complete shredding unit consisting of two twin-shaft shredders MOCO type AZ 11 - pre-shredder and final shredder - together with a dedicated control cabinet. Manufacturer: MOCO Maschinen- u. Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG, Viernheim, Germany. The set is ideal for processing and recycling plants handling cardboard and aseptic packaging. The unit is barely used, operational, and stored in a heated hall.

Design of both shredders:
The housing and gearbox casing are made of welded steel, stress-relieved to eliminate internal stresses. Bearings with stainless steel plates. Integrated reduction gearbox equipped with oil cooling. Two counter-rotating toothed shafts with knives made of special hardened steel mounted on the shafts - knives are individually replaceable. Two segmented scrapers reinforced with plates. The system includes a feed hopper and support structure.

3) Control cabinet
Control panel compliant with VDE/CE standards, with PLC control (Eaton-Moeller Electric), covering all control components for the shredder drives. Functions: automatic overload-dependent reversing system; filling and level-dependent interlock; motor protection switches; automatic stop after three reversing attempts.
