2500 m3/h filter-absorber set with Neutron electrostatic filter and activated carbon

A highly effective, modular filter-absorber set with very low operating costs and a capacity of up to 2500 m3/h.
Versions of 5000, 7500 and 10000 m3/h are also available.

Very low operating costs. The electrostatic filter removes up to 96% of contaminants and, after washing and drying, is ready for operation. The remaining 4% of contaminants are captured by an F7 pocket filter with ePM1 60% efficiency. The total ePM1 efficiency reaches 98.4%. In this system, F7 filter replacements are not required very often, and the filters are widely available and inexpensive.

The use of top-quality activated carbon, with a minimum contact time of 0.075 seconds, made it possible to design a unit with a cross-section of only 55 x 50 cm (< 0.3 m2). The total length of all modules is only 165 cm, or 220 cm with the fan module.

An ideal solution for garages, paint shops, industrial plants, catering facilities, food processing, plastics processing, facilities and rooms in areas with heavy dust, smog, and intense, troublesome odors. The set is designed for applications involving greasy vapors, oil mist, harmful fumes from laser cutting of steel, plastics, including plexiglass, rubber, etc., non-explosive dust, airborne paint particles and particles from paint processing, greasy dust from coffee roasters, food production, precision machines and equipment in contaminated environments, and pharmaceutical production.
