Through the first chamber in the rose perforated on the fi 3 sieve runs a screw that pushes the material through its entire length. In this chamber, nozzles are installed, through which air is extracted. The air hitting the raw material initially removes floating and non-floating dirt from it. Sludge (dirt) settles on the bottom. The second chamber is the drums that sweep the floating material. Non-floating material is deposited on the bottom and pulled out by the screw. The washer is maintenance-free and fully automatic. In addition, there are also a washer-extractor and a centrifuge, a cyclone with a stand (everything also works without maintenance, including the flotation tank) for the amount of 120,000 net. The total capacity is about 400 kg / h with foil.
