Special Pfpe Lubricant for Corrugated Industry: NyeCorr 140
Frequent lubrication is a critical part of maintaining a machine and keeping it fully functional in the corrugated paperboard production line. Carton manufacturers who are consistent and thorough in their lubricating maintenance will not experience failures in the production line due to lack of lubricant for the corrugated roller bearing. Conversely, manufacturers that fail to lubricate their equipment well, experience frequent problems. Improperly or infrequently lubricated machines produce defective products that go on to be rejected. Other problems can cause both the machines and the production line to be stopped. Interruptions not only retard progress, they also increase maintenance costs. Proper lubrication management calls for regular lubrication and the use of good quality and suitable lubricating grease.
From April 6 to April 9, SinoCorrugated 2011 will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Dulub will use the event as a showcase for its NyeCorr 140, a special PFPE lubricant that will help manufacturers with the lubrication management of corrugated equipment. NyeCorr 140 also reduces the frequency of equipment failures, improves operational efficiency and, in so doing, creates knock-on economic benefits.
When it was established in Taiwan in 1990, Dulub Co., Ltd. was the only Greater China partner for NYE Lubricants, Inc. (US). NYE Lubricants is one of the top three suppliers of special synthetic lubricating grease in the world. The company’s products are used in the automobile, electronics, aerospace, printing, dyeing and corrugated sectors.
NyeCorr 140, a PFPE lubricant promoted by Dulub, has the main components of PFPE. The lubricating grease is thickened with quality PTFE. Since the molecular chains of this polymer are saturated, and do not have a hydrogenous element, it has properties other lubricants do not:
High-temperature stability: No flash points, inflammable, anti-oxidation, resistance to temperatures of up to 260℃ and zero carbonization or sediments.
Chemical stability: No reaction with strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, water or water vapor. Capable of effectively resisting pollutants.
Compatibility: Compatible with plastic, rubber and nylon.
Economically advantageous: Extremely long service life, capable of reducing the length of machine down times, cutting maintenance costs and restricting total operation costs.
For over a decade, Dulub has provided technical services and products for the lubrication of manufacturing equipment. Following the exposure the NyeCorr 140 will get at SinoCorrugated 2011, Dulub hopes the lubricant can be promoted nationwide and contribute to better equipment maintenance for corrugated box manufacturers. Dulub will be at Booth D28 in Hall W1. We welcome all customers, old and new, to come and consult with us and find out more before making your purchasing decisions.
