The water jacket cutting system with pneumatic pressure is a granulation system widely used in the PTS industry for various polymer materials.
The head is equipped with a pneumatic pressure system for cutting knives. The air is supplied first to the air preparation unit, which is designed to clean the compressed air from contaminants through the filter insert used, and to set and maintain a constant pressure value. The solenoid valve is controlled through the main control cabinet. The pneumatic system is connected with the head control, when the head is turned on, the pneumatic system is automatically started.
