ARGUS MASZYNY offers a line for the production of disposable masks.
The complete line includes a mask body making machine and two sets of automatic ear loop welding machines.
The mask body is made of 3 layers of non-woven fabric - the outer layer, the inner layer (filtering, low permeability, antibacterial) and the inner (skin-friendly).
The line connects layers of synthetic nonwovens that are fed from rolls. Between the layers, thanks to the guide, a plate is placed to stiffen the mask on the bridge of the nose, previously automatically cut to a given length.
In the next steps, the line forms overlaps, ultrasonically seals the layers, and then they are transferred to the ear loop welding station.
