ARGUS MACHINES we offer a squeezer for drying (drying) and homogenizing, among others washed foil (LDPE, HDPE, stretch, PE-AL laminate separated from Tetra Pak packaging. This allows for a significant reduction in the volume of the dried material and for feeding it directly into the extruder. Squeezer is a fully automatic machine and the original product is processed in it heat and homogenization, thanks to which the final humidity is from 3 to 5%, and its volume is reduced tenfold. The use of a squeezer allows for significant energy savings, because we can eliminate agglomerator and tubular dryers or centrifuges from the production line. materials are selected individually, according to the needs of our customers, and can be used as the final element of a washing line or combined with a special washing mill, depending on the degree of contamination of the original material.
