A single-shaft crusher with a clamp is designed for crushing hard and thick-walled materials such as pipes, lumps, rubber, containers, etc. The hydraulic pressure system moves the material towards the rotor and holds it for more effective grinding. The pressure of the crusher to the shaft takes a slope of 15 degrees, thanks to which the efficiency is 20% higher than in the case of horizontal pressure. This solution also allows the material to be shredded from above, not just from the front. It is possible to regulate the speed and the contact pressure.
The shaft has a high strength steel structure. The shaft structure balances the static and dynamic properties to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation. Depending on the type of material, we use different types of shaft structures.
In order to increase the service life of the machines, the bearings are located outside the housing.
The hydraulic screen changer allows for their quick replacement.
The shredded material can be further processed, e.g. in mills, pulverizers, etc.
Depending on the model of the machine and the type of material being processed, we can count on the efficiency of 300 kg / h-5000 kg / h.
All machines and installations are each time designed and configured in accordance with the individual requirements of the customer.
