Production of injection molds - tool shop

FORMES TOYS is a leader in the plastics processing industry.
The company was established in 1995. A significant part of our activity is design
and production of injection and blow molds. We have a large tool shop
with a machine park consisting of modern machining centers with Fanuc control,
Sinumerik and Heidenhain together with the design department using the most modern
CAD/CAM design tools and software - PowerShape, Mastercam, SolidWorks.
We make every effort to ensure that the services we provide and the products we make
characterized by modernity and a high quality standard.

Scope of services provided:
• design and production of cold and hot channel injection molds,
• design and production of blow molds,
• CNC machining,
• turning, milling, grinding,
• precision welding, microwelding, surfacing and mold regeneration,
• injection production using a mold made on injection molding machines with a clamping force in the range of 60 - 400t and a weight of 35g to 1.5kg,
• production of graphite and copper electrodes
• EDM machining (wire cutting and sinking EDM, EDM drilling)
• 3D scanning,
• 3D printing with a maximum working area of 450x450 mm,
• production of graphite and copper electrodes (Erowa holder provided by the customer).
